Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment will be refunded only the $5 mileage fee; the remainder of the service fee is non-refundable. 

You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice at no charge.

Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a $5 rebooking fee. 

All appointments include the first 10 miles of round-trip travel ($5 base mileage fee). Additional mileage is billed at $0.68 per mile, due at the time of service. 

2025 Federal Mileage Rate $0.70 per mile

All signers must be physically present with a valid, unexpired ID. Photos or copies of ID will not be accepted. 

Phoenix Phantasy Services is a mobile notary. There is no physical office location—appointments take place at your preferred location.
